LeadPicker ("the software") is a browser extension and web dashboard provided by Urpio that watches the IndiaMART BuyLeads page open in your own browser and, using criteria you set, alerts you to or contacts matching buyers on your behalf. LeadPicker is an independent product and is not made, endorsed or supported by IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for one IndiaMART seller account, on up to two browsers, while your trial or subscription is active. The software is licensed, not sold. You may not copy, resell, share, modify, reverse engineer or work around its licence checks.
New accounts get a 7-day free trial, one per IndiaMART seller account. After that the subscription is ₹5,000 + GST per month. New customers pay a launch price of ₹2,000 + GST per month for their first 3 months; to continue after that you choose to subscribe at the full price. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Cashfree (UPI autopay or card) and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current paid month continues. Fees already charged are not refunded.
You are responsible for your IndiaMART account and for using it in line with IndiaMART's terms and policies, including any limits on automated activity. Auto-catch mode uses your IndiaMART BuyLead credits; you choose the criteria, refresh interval and weekly limit. We are not responsible for credits used, leads missed, or any action IndiaMART takes on your account.
Leads caught are stored in your LeadPicker account so you can view, export or push them to your CRM. You are responsible for contacting buyers lawfully. See the Privacy Policy.
The software depends on IndiaMART's website, which can change without notice. It is provided "as is", without any guarantee of the number or quality of leads. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last month.
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
