Forward Deployed Engineer
Own customer onboarding at urpio. You connect each new customer's lead sources, set up their AI voice agent and stay with them until the calls are working.
On-site, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh · 6 days a week · Full-time

What you'll do
- Run onboarding for every new customer, from signed deal to first live calls
- Connect Shopify, GoKwik, IndiaMART, Google Sheets and customer CRMs through webhooks and APIs
- Set up the agent, its script, voice and calling rules with the customer's product details
- Listen to early calls, find what goes wrong and fix the script or the setup
- Bring repeated customer problems back to the engineering team, with examples
What you need
- 1–3 years in an engineering, solutions or technical onboarding role
- Comfortable reading API docs, testing webhooks and working with JSON
- Clear spoken Hindi and English, because you will speak with business owners directly
- You follow a problem through to the fix, without waiting to be told
Good to have: You have worked with Shopify, telephony or voice AI; You have written scripts or prompts for AI agents.
How you're measured
How quickly customers go live and how well their calls perform in the first 30 days. You report to the founder.
